The 14-Day Return Right<\/p>\n

You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receipt, provided the item\nis in its original condition, unused, and with all<\/p>\n

original packaging and tags<\/p>\n

The 30-Day Defect Warranty<\/p>\n

If a product has a manufacturing defect (excluding natural handmade variations), you have the\nright to return it within 30 days<\/p>\n

for a full refund or exchange<\/p>\n

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)<\/p>\n

Per Egyptian Law, returns are not accepted for Customized or Made-to-Order Goods<\/p>\n

Hygiene-Sensitive Goods (e.g., earrings) if the seal is broken<\/p>\n

* Clearance Items marked as \"Final Sale.\"<\/p>\n

4. How to Request a Return:<\/p>\n

Refunds are typically\nprocessed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.<\/p>\n

* Ready-made items: These are typically dispatched within 3\u20135 business days<\/p>\n

* Made-to-order items: These require time to be crafted. Please check the specific product\npage for estimated production times.\n* Delivery window: Delivery times vary depending on your location in Egypt and our courier\npartners.<\/p>\n

2. Shipping Costs<\/p>\n

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. As\nan NGO-led initiative, we strive to keep these<\/p>\n

costs as low as possible.<\/p>\n

3. Tracking Your Order<\/p>\n

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a notification (SMS or email) with a tracking\nnumber and the name of our delivery partner.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery Issues<\/p>\n
